Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified--Loan Officer Administrator, who is highly self-motivated, professional, organized, excellent communication skills and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.Duties include internal loan manager to manage company's loan portfolio.--Loans vary from commercial, farm and residential.--Will handle internal finance operation for a boutique size real estate investment trust company. * Software: Microsoft Excel and Google sheets* Must have experience working with business and mortgage loans. This is a non-sales position* Build relationships with banks & lenders to expand portfolio and get new loans.--Also work with existing lenders* Research business loans with low interest rates* Knowledge of loan processing and underwriting* Knowledge of PPP, EIDL and merchant loans * Average 100 loans a year, one client and a variety of banks.--All in-house loans.* Experience within a commercial bank environment is preferred * Candidate must come from loan industry--- Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 (D.O.E) **Must already reside within 30 miles of Upland, CA.
