As a remote Bilingual Mental Health Therapist - Clinician, you
will be responsible for providing therapeutic services via
Telehealth to clients and families; including case management,
education, de-stigmatization of mental health issues, and crisis
intervention. Demonstrate high legal and ethical standards and
operate from a culturally competent and strengths-based approach.
The Clinician will fulfill productivity requirements, comply with
all documentation standards, and participate in an on-call
rotation. You will also be responsible for outreach and engagement
of the community, as well as facilitating small support and
psychoeducational groups. If necessary, the Clinician is
responsible for coordinating Mental Health services and Link and
Consultation services in a manner to ensure follow-through on
court-ordered service plans, IEP Mental Health Plans, or the
development of a plan for families that are referred.
Although this position is primarily operated through Telehealth,
there may be some occasional times you will be required to drive to
our San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange County offices.

* Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy,
or Psychology * Bilingual Spanish is REQUIRED.
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
* PSY/LCSW/LMFT Required. * Valid CA driver's license and proof
of automobile insurance. * Clearance of our background check
process, which includes fingerprinting and a physical/drug screen.
* Completion of CPR/First Aid/ProACT certification within the first
thirty (30) days of employment.
