Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Engagement Specialist to
enhance student success and retention through engagement
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison for prospective students, guiding them through
admissions and financial aid processes
Develop and implement programs to promote student engagement and
support student success
Collaborate with various departments to align recruitment,
retention, and engagement strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Student Affairs, Higher
Education Administration, or a related field (Master's
preferred)
3+ years of experience in higher education, student services,
admissions, or financial aid
General understanding of financial aid processes and admissions
procedures
Technological proficiency with Student Information Systems and
financial aid platforms
Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with diverse
student populations
