Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Operations Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer product inquiries and resolve concerns related
to installation and operation
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to
support product quality and development
Lead cross-functional projects and develop processes for the
Customer Support Services team
Required Qualifications
B.S. or B.A. degree required
5+ years of experience in data analysis, account management, or
technical customer support roles
Industry knowledge in Insurance, Benefits Administration, SaaS, or
Healthcare is a plus
Expertise in Microsoft Excel, HTML, and basic SQL or report
creation experience desired
