Key Responsibilities
Perform title examination and analyze the chain of title for

Abstract and analyze records to determine ownership and legal

Prepare initial title commitment documentation and resolve issues
in title documentation
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Title Examination experience for Virginia
State license(s) if required
Detail-oriented with strong analytical review skills
Research and investigative skills
