Key Responsibilities
Research, architect, design, and develop disaggregated block
storage for compute products
Design and lead a multi-year technical roadmap for storage
systems
Collaborate with team members on technical decision-making and
contribute to open-source software communities
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in distributed storage systems, preferably
in large scale SaaS or IaaS environments
Experience with Ceph or other open-source storage systems is a
plus
Strong collaboration skills with orchestration, compute, and
product teams
Ability to provide guidance on improving storage services using
real-world usage data
Product mindset focused on customer storage experience and
sustainable technology
