Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Program Coordinator for Youth
Exchange.
Key Responsibilities
Support program design, management, and administrative needs across
multiple youth exchange programs
Assist in grant management and the creation of program reports for
funders
Facilitate workshops and contribute to social media strategy to
enhance program visibility
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with two years of related work experience or a
master's degree plus one year of related work
Understanding of experiential education and youth empowerment
pedagogies
Experience with international programs and event management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online project management
tools
Arabic, Kurdish, or French language proficiency desired
