Job Description:
A company is looking for an Appraisal Coordinator responsible
for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the Corporate
Appraisal Department.
Key Responsibilities
Ordering and managing the company's VA appraisal orders
Delivering appraisals to borrowers
Entering appraisal data into the company's loan origination system
and reviewing appraisals for risk and compliance
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of related experience
Experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
