Bilingual Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
Create exceptional customer experiences and manage inquiries
effectively
Complete a range of financial transactions accurately and
efficiently
Support team objectives and participate in personal development
activities
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED
1+ years of related experience, preferably in retail customer
service or contact center
Thorough understanding of contact center operations
Bilingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to assist
customers in both languages
Ability to work on-site for training and meetings as required
