A company is looking for a Support Specialist II, Platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level support to Sales Assisted customers, managing
inquiries through various channels and ensuring timely
resolutions
Develop expertise in the Core Platform product area to advise
clients and enhance user satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and
manage outages or severe issues effectively
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a support or customer service role
Familiarity with video technology and technical concepts
Experience in a customer-facing technical support role, preferably
in a SaaS environment
Experience with omni-channel support, including tickets, phone, and
chat
Proficiency with ticketing systems like Zendesk
