Job Description:
A company is looking for an ABA Practice Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate therapy schedules for ABA therapists and
clients
Ensure optimal therapist-client matching based on availability,
location, and client needs
Communicate scheduling updates, changes, and confirmations with
therapists and families
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in scheduling, healthcare administration, or a
similar role preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced
environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Calendar, and
scheduling platforms
Experience in the ABA or healthcare field is a plus
