Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Account Executive to manage
digital channels and electronic payments relationships with clients
across North America.
Key Responsibilities
Manage regular meetings with clients, both onsite and remotely
Educate clients on company updates and their impact on client
organizations
Facilitate client operational escalations and monitor support
tickets and enhancement requests
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in client relationship management, service
delivery, and/or sales to C-Level executives
5+ years of experience in electronic banking, mobile banking,
and/or payments
Bachelor's degree in business or applicable discipline, and/or
equivalent military experience
Proven ability to interact and influence at executive levels
Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
