Job Description:
A company is looking for an Asset Administration, Operations
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and update client account information, including monthly
valuation data and asset status
Identify and assess client submissions to ensure compliance
Maintain records, process client requests, and adhere to
communication procedures
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge of IRS Regulations for retirement accounts and qualified
plans
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
Ability to identify process improvements and efficiencies
Must be able to work in an office or remote setting for extended
periods
