Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with clients and ensure their needs are met
Route or answer all incoming communication from customers and
clients
Maintain the student database and stay updated on course offerings
and certification track changes
Required Qualifications
Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent training
and experience
Previous experience (1+ years) in a Product Support or Customer
Service role
In-depth understanding of Customer Service tools
Good knowledge of Windows Platforms and eCommerce/Web platforms
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
