Job Description:
A company is looking for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Faculty member.
Key Responsibilities
Teach assigned courses using an electronic learning platform and
interact with students effectively
Provide timely feedback and grades to students while ensuring the
accuracy of their submissions
Maintain availability for student support outside of course
discussions and attend residencies as required
Required Qualifications
Earned doctorate in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or
related field with valid BCBA or BCBA-D certification
Significant record of contributions to the field of Applied
Behavior Analysis
Preferred teaching experience at the degree level
Commitment to supporting the learning needs of students in a
distance learning environment
Appropriate credentials and maintenance of licenses and
certifications required for teaching
