Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Operations Lead to oversee data
management and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Data Operations function, providing mentorship
and performance management
Collaborate with engineering and business teams to implement
efficient data pipelines and governance policies
Monitor and optimize data infrastructure for performance, cost, and
reliability
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, Data Science, or a related field
8+ years of experience in Data Operations or Data Engineering, with
2+ years in a leadership role
Strong experience with cloud platforms and data warehouse
technologies
Proficient in SQL and scripting languages
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT frameworks and tools
