Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Specialist to manage the
Technology Partner Webinar program and related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate sales leads through various outreach methods and maintain
an active pipeline of prospects
Schedule, coordinate, and evaluate all webinar events while
collaborating with various departments
Build and maintain relationships with clients and third-party
vendors to ensure satisfaction and service continuity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience in
administrative and executive support roles
2+ years of related experience in administrative and executive
support roles
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a presentation specialist in a
fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Experience utilizing the On24 platform and familiarity with Google
Suite and Salesforce preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and
within a team environment
