A company is looking for a Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Provide on-demand general counsel services to clients, including
corporate and IP legal services
Develop and maintain strong client relationships while
collaborating with a team of legal professionals
Deliver high-quality legal engagements in a flexible, remote work
environment
Required Qualifications
At least 10+ years of corporate legal practice, including
experience as an in-house attorney or General Counsel
3+ years of law firm training
Substantive legal experience as a broad corporate generalist
J.D. from a nationally accredited law school
State bar membership in the state where the candidate
resides/practices
