Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Support Advocate focused on
Health Information Management and Insurance Support.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert in HIM and insurance-related
workflows within EHR applications
Provide advanced application support and troubleshoot escalated
client issues independently
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve cross-functional
issues and improve service processes
Required Qualifications
College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience in customer service or support, preferably
within healthcare technology
Working knowledge of HIM and insurance applications strongly
preferred
Familiarity with hospital or clinic workflows and billing
processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
