Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complaints and Issues Specialist
II.
Key Responsibilities
Process customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in compliance
with regulatory requirements
Document issues and responses to ensure regulatory compliance and
support investigations for resolution
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
of customer concerns and analyze data for improvement trends
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required
1 - 2 years of related experience preferred
Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to
work experience
Customer service experience in healthcare, healthcare insurance, or
banking is preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively is preferred
