Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Intake Specialist to
provide legal information and referrals while conducting client
intakes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct intakes by phone and respond to online intake requests for
legal assistance
Provide accurate information, referrals, or legal advice under
supervision
Utilize case management database to document case facts and prepare
case files
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School/GED Diploma
Fluency in English and Spanish
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
At least 1 year of call center or telephone customer service
experience
At least 1 year of data entry and/or intake-related experience
