A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate - US
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Manage existing customer accounts for Personal Insurance policies
through various communication channels
Explain insurance products to customers using a consultative and
empathetic approach
Assist third parties with policy documentation and changes
Required Qualifications
Property & Casualty insurance license and 1 year of customer
service experience required
Previous call center experience
Empathetic towards customer needs
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to
change
Spanish speaking is a plus
