Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Specialist who is versatile and
willing to learn new skills in a fully remote role.
Key Responsibilities
Provide support and manage routine operations, including helpdesk
support and staff account management
Oversee technical project management initiatives to enhance IT
systems and improve efficiency
Ensure security assurance by enhancing measures, monitoring
threats, and providing staff training
Required Qualifications
Experience in IT project coordination or managing internal tooling
projects
Background in general IT support, including helpdesk ticket
management and user assistance
Ability to troubleshoot and evaluate solutions effectively
Quick learner who is resourceful and self-motivated
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex
tasks and prioritize effectively
