Job Description:
A company is looking for an Executive Coach to empower IT
Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and drive their success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions for IT MSPs, focusing on best
practices and strategic growth
Collaborate with the Academy Content team to create thought
leadership articles for partners
Document coaching efforts and track progress to ensure alignment
with company processes
Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of leadership or management experience in an IT
Managed Service Provider
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with EOS and experience using Professional Services
Automation (PSA) tools is preferred
Strong client service skills focused on delivering value
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
