Job Description Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a senior-level Construction Marketing Manager with 10 years of experience to lead marketing strategy and execution for a primarily residential-focused construction company in (USD 10M-50M) revenue range. The ideal candidate understands the full project lifecycle in residential construction and can translate it into targeted campaigns that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand presence, and support sustained, profitable growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and plan aligned with company revenue goals, target project types, and ideal client profiles in high-end and mid-market residential construction. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and differentiation opportunities in local and regional residential markets. Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (website, SEO, social media, email, paid ads, print, events, referrals) to generate qualified leads and RFP opportunities. Build and manage the company brand-visual identity, messaging, and positioning-ensuring consistency across all touchpoints (website, proposals, brochures, site signage, vehicles, presentations, and social media). Create and oversee content, including project case studies, before/after stories, blogs, videos, photography, and testimonials that showcase residential projects and client experience. Partner closely with business owners, estimators, and project managers to prepare compelling qualification packages, bid responses, and client presentations. Manage the marketing budget, track ROI by channel, and regularly report performance metrics (lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, pipeline value). Coordinate community events, model home/show-home openings, open houses, trade shows, and partnerships with realtors, architects, and designers to increase brand visibility and referrals. Maintain and optimize the company website and CRM, ensuring accurate project portfolios, service pages, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows. Lead, mentor, or coordinate with internal marketing staff, agencies, freelancers, and photographers/videographers as needed to deliver high-quality output on schedule. Qualifications 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in construction, real estate, or homebuilding , and a strong residential focus. Proven experience marketing for companies in roughly the (USD 10M-50M) revenue range, ideally in design-build, remodeling, or custom home construction. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; an MBA or advanced marketing training is a plus. Demonstrated success building brand presence and generating qualified leads using digital and traditional channels (SEO, Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, email, print, events). Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with a portfolio of campaigns or project spotlights in construction or related industries. Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM/marketing automation platforms, Canva/Adobe, social media schedulers, email platforms).
