Job Description:
Job Description Superior Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing,
Inc. is hiring full-time Service Dispatchers. Our dispatch
department is open 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. This opportunity
will be scheduled to work Monday to Friday 10 am to 6:30 pm. Role
and Responsibilities: Receive and process inbound customer and/or
service technician calls Schedule and coordinate service calls
within department guidelines Create work orders and supporting
documentation to complete service request Dispatch service
technicians Follow-up with service technicians and account managers
regarding work orders, call-backs and paperwork Monitor and
document GPS on service technicians and provide accurate estimated
time of arrivals Perform other clerical duties as assigned by the
department manager Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience as service dispatcher Detail-oriented
with the ability to multi-task Function within a team environment
Strong time-management skills Must possess data entry skills and
able to type 40 WPM Construction dispatch experience a plus High
school diploma or equivalency Please note the training schedule
will differ from the work schedule Company Description Safety.
