We are a a subcontractor that specializes in concrete polishing and concrete coatings. We are seeking a new Part time estimator (Hybrid/Remote) to join our team. Your role will be to Main tasks are - Doing takeoffs and estimating. Involved in follow ups, and job walks, and securing business. Initiate contact with potential customers, cultivate new business opportunities, and build solutions that drive revenue.. As a member of the Estimating and Sales department, you will work with The project manager at the jobsite and report to our President. What You Will Do: Estimating construction projects Identifying key client targets Tracking all estimates and follow up 100% Interact with clients (active and potential), and scheduling of projects. What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: High School or GED Reading blueprints, doing takeoffs, understanding specifications, and estimating. Job costing, and sales. Why You'll Love Us: You'll be part of a small team of production oriented people, and will learn skills outside of the job description. This would include: Sales, projections, Target Account Selling, Account Management, generating proposals, and job costing. You'll key a key component to developing and driving revenue. Salary range for this position is $20 - $50 per hour (plus bonus/commission).
