Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Healthcare Economics
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze and interpret healthcare data to identify key drivers of
member engagement, cost, and utilization
Identify trends and outliers from performance metrics, providing
root-cause analyses and recommendations
Develop analytical plans and statistical methodologies to monitor
population health trends and evaluate clinical and financial
outcomes
Required Qualifications
7+ years of healthcare industry experience, including 2+ years with
Managed Medicaid plans
5+ years of experience programming in SQL and 2+ years with
visualization tools like Tableau
Familiarity with Value-based Care analytics is a plus
Experience with predictive modeling techniques for forecasting
health outcomes is highly desired
Expertise in study designs and statistical methods for evaluating
health outcomes is strongly preferred
