Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workplace Strategy Senior Consultant,
responsible for managing large portfolio plans and occupancy
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to strategic plans for optimizing clients' property
portfolios and grow business relationships
Collaborate with clients to forecast space requirements and create
visual displays of data
Guide clients through change management and evaluate workplace
performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience,
or equivalent combination of education and experience
Innovative mindset to develop new methods beyond existing
solutions
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive
mindset
