Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Consultant
(BenAdmin).
Key Responsibilities
Enforce business requirements for Health Plan partners within
eExchange solutions
Facilitate project meetings for customer implementations or
renewals
Work directly with customers to troubleshoot and provide timely
resolutions
Required Qualifications
Basic understanding of project implementation methodology and
techniques
Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of applications
Ability to learn proprietary technology quickly
Strong planning, scheduling, and organization skills
1-2+ years related experience preferred
