Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead GTM Systems Analyst to drive the
design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-level Sales
and Post Sales systems.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define a capability-driven GTM
roadmap aligned with business goals
Build scalable solutions for complex business problems in areas
such as lifecycle management and customer success
Lead digital transformation initiatives and manage stakeholder
alignment across cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
10-15+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions at
scale
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and
security best practices
Proven track record of leading enterprise-level system
transformation projects
Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to optimize workflows
and decision-making
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information
Systems, or related field
