Job Description:
A company is looking for a French Reservation & Ticketing
Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Assist English & French passengers with bookings and inquiries via
phone, chat, and email
Create and modify bookings, and handle airline queues
Provide excellent customer service and issue tickets and EMDs
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
Experience in customer assistance within the airline industry
Knowledge of airline regulations and low-cost pricing models
Familiarity with Amadeus and Sabre systems
Fluency in English and French preferred
