Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contingent Disaster Relief Phone
Agent to assist with disaster relief efforts on a temporary,
part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with service inquiries
Learn common requests and solutions
Utilize service techniques and escalate customer dissatisfaction as
needed
Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating
systems
Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and
punctuality
