Your Role at a Glance As an Entry-Level Telecom Brand Ambassador for Frontier, you'll be the human spark that turns fiber-optic speeds into neighborhood buzz. You’ll make tech-deprived households crave Frontier's services through authentic conversations and jaw-dropping demos in retail hubs, local events across Pomona. We'll arm you with intensive product training and real-time coaching, your job is to translate gigabits into "holy crap, I need this" reactions that fill our installation pipeline. Essential Functions of the Entry Level Telecom Brand Ambassador Represent Frontier at retail locations, events, and activations, maintaining a professional and engaging brand presence. Initiate warm, informative conversations about fiber internet, TV, and voice services, tailoring discussions to customer interests. Demonstrate key features and benefits, allowing potential customers to experience the value firsthand. Identify and qualify genuinely interested individuals, accurately collecting contact information and generating high-value leads. Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials, clearly presenting information and answering initial customer questions. Listen to customer insights, concerns, and feedback, reporting valuable information to the marketing team for improvement. Ensure all promotional displays and communication align with Frontier’s brand guidelines for a consistent and professional image. Participate in daily briefings, share observations, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams for an effective campaign strategy.
