Position Overview Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a
qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Customer Service
Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Active Property and
Casualty license is required. We seek a licensed energetic
professional interested in helping our business grow through
value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience. Only
candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered for
this role: 1. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance
license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location
in Orange, CA. This is an in-office position. 3. Must be fluent in
Spanish and English. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as
needed Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance
availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers,
claim submissions, and billing clarification Use a
customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers
about insurance options Develop leads, schedule appointments,
identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and
services. What we offer: Base Salary plus commission/bonus Group
health plan. $300 monthly allowance. Dental and Vision; paid by
owner. Group Life $75,000; paid by owner. 401k with 4% match Paid

Bilingual (Spanish/English) Must be licensed in P&C minimum

Ability to multi-task Ability to effectively relate to a customer
