Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Manager to oversee the
end-to-end payroll process within the Accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
Process and review multi-state biweekly payroll, ensuring accuracy
and adherence to deadlines
Manage the ADP payroll system, including data integrity, reporting,
and resolving payroll data processing errors
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and provide ongoing
payroll support to employees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
7+ years of payroll administration experience, with at least 2
years in payroll management
Experience with payroll for 250+ employees across multiple
states
ADP super user and proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google
Sheets
Deep understanding of federal, state, and local payroll laws and
regulations
