Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate matters, focusing on
compliance in AI and crypto domains
Stay informed of regulatory frameworks, developments, and risks
affecting the industry
Ensure legal compliance throughout product development and
negotiate deals and contracts
Required Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Member of a US state bar
8+ years of legal experience in crypto/blockchain and technology
sectors
Deep knowledge and interest in the AI industry
Adaptability in a rapidly evolving legal environment
