Job Description:
A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach responsible for
coaching clients to maximize key focus areas in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize consultative methods to implement changes in designated
areas
Conduct monthly and quarterly coaching sessions to measure and
confirm changes
Update CRM with necessary notes and changes while promoting
additional products
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations experience preferred
2-3 years of Automotive Service Department management experience
required
Ability to present training material engagingly
Proven ability to lead clients to desired solutions
Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple
accounts
