Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deductions & Dispute Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end process for Walmart-related deductions,
including identification, investigation, documentation, and
submission via the APDP platform
Provide hands-on expertise in the OPARTI workflow, guiding teams
and clients through each step for accurate dispute submissions
Analyze deduction data to identify patterns and root causes,
translating findings into actionable recommendations to improve
recovery rates
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience with Walmart-related deductions, shortage
claims, or post-audit recovery
Deep expertise in Walmart's APDP platform and the OPARTI
process
Proven ability to recover revenue by resolving invalid
deductions
Experience in developing process documentation and internal
playbooks
Solid understanding of Walmart's compliance programs and deduction
categories
