Key Responsibilities

Enhance the UX team's capabilities by developing knowledge, skill
sets, and best practices
Required Qualifications
University degree preferred
Experience in UX research methodologies
Familiarity with design tools and software
Understanding of customer journey mapping
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
