Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member and Recipient Services
Coordinator (Full-time Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and education to members and recipients
regarding TP functions and services
Assist with initial coordination and triage of urgent calls,
ensuring timely referrals
Document consumer interactions and maintain accurate records in the
electronic health record (EHR)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
Four years of experience in a community or governmental program
delivering mental health support services
Knowledge of local human services agencies and community
resources
Ability to operate computer equipment and generate reports
Experience in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
