Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process,
managing workflow and transaction management
Review and validate the accuracy of data in mortgage loan files and
ensure file completeness
Facilitate customer requests and maintain client relationships
while monitoring and resolving process issues
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
2+ years' experience in escrow/title or curative lender role
Proficient in MS Office applications
Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive service
attitude
Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
