Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Account Associate I
Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Timely follow-up on claims and resolution of accounts while
maintaining accurate documentation
Research outstanding claims and contact insurance companies for
account resolution
Identify issues and trends, providing suggestions for resolution to
management
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
One (1) year of experience in hospital or physician
insurance-related activities
Knowledge of Medicaid and Medicare billing regulations
Preferred: Two (2) years of experience in the same field
Preferred: Knowledge of Revenue and ICD coding language
