Job Description:

Manufacturing company is seeking a Front Office Receptionist who enjoys interacting with people, being a team player and having everyday be different.



Skills/Responsibilities:


-Answer multiple phone lines in a polite manor


- Create spreadsheets in excel, familiar with word and outlook.


- 40 WPM or better


- Interact with customers face to face with professionalism


- Ability to work as a team and pitch in where need in the office when you are not busy



Company is looking for someone who has at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist, great customer service skills and the ability to multi-task. A positive attitude with will a long way with the company and they have a great benefits package including medical, dental, 401k and vacation pay. Bilingual is a plus!
