A company is looking for a Fintech Product & Regulatory Counsel
to join their Legal team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal and regulatory guidance throughout the product
development lifecycle
Identify and mitigate potential legal and regulatory risks in
collaboration with business partners
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements supporting
product development
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within fintech or
embedded finance
Proven experience working with product and engineering teams on
regulatory compliance
Practical knowledge of consumer protection laws related to
fintech
Relevant certifications in regulatory compliance or fintech law
